Event Details

This 1-hour workshop is an introduction to hula hooping for fun and fitness. The class is geared for beginners, but if you have some experience, we’ll include some challenging moves as well. Get your tickets now! This event will be happening every other Wednesday of the Summer.
The class will include discussion about how to choose a hoop, warm-ups, detailed instructions, demonstrations, and practice time for each move. We’ll cover two different styles of waist hooping, passing the hoop outside the body, and hooping overhead. Depending on the time and experience of participants, we will progress with more advanced skills for those who are interested.
Dena Baratta from Mandala Moon Yoga will be teaching this class! She’ll have some hoops available for loan or purchase, or bring your own if you have one!
$20 Includes a Crazy Daisies wine slushie or comparable beverage. Non-alcoholic drinks are available as well. You’ll have time to order food to enjoy with your beverage after class if desired.
