Vintage Skill: Butter & Cheese

Live, Love, Dairy! Learn how to make your very own butter and cheese with fresh & local milk. Butter and cheese taste great already, but when you make it yourself it adds another level. Spend some time with Barry Spereat, co-owner of ‘2 Kids Goat Farm’. Learn the basics of butter and making and then have fun creating your own. Participants will get to take home their own butter and cheese at the end of the evening.
