Hi! My name is Catherine and I’m a certified Yoga instructor! I look forward to having you at my rise and flow yoga class.

This is an all-level yoga class and the focus will be on using the breath to guide alignment-based vinyasa yoga flows. It will leave you feeling calm and refreshed for the day ahead! It will occur inside the greenhouse, amongst the plants. See you on the mat! 

This event will occur every other Saturday throughout the summer, alternating with Pilates. Registration is required to attend!
