Hi! My name is Catherine and I’m a certified Yoga instructor! I look forward to having you at my rise and flow yoga class. Sometimes, certified yoga instructor, Erin Vollmer, will be covering my classes too!

This is an all-level yoga class and the focus will be on using the breath to guide alignment-based vinyasa yoga flowers. It will leave you feeling calm and refreshed for the day ahead! It will occur in the greenhouse or in one of the grass fields at Crazy Daisies.

This class occurs every other Saturday at 8:30 AM from June – September. It will occur in Crazy Daisie’s greenhouses and/or grass fields 🙂

You must pre-purchase a ticket to attend as well!
