Learn how to make your own with local ingredients free of unnecessary additives. Spend the night with Amy Spereat, co-owner of ‘2 Kids Goat Farm’. Learn the basics of lip balm and lotion making with goat’s milk. Participants will get to take home their own lip balm and 4-ounce lotion at the end of the evening. Amy’s lip balm, lotion & soups are our FAVORITE!

Mandala Moon Yoga classes are based on the principles of classical yoga. In this 1-hour class, you will be guided through a centering meditation, breathing technique, warm-ups, slow vinyasa (flow of postures linked with breath), asana (postures), and relaxation. You will be encouraged to find your “edge”, working at your own level and honoring your body in its current state of health. Get your tickets now!

Our multi-level classes are designed for all levels of experience and the ability to practice together, and beginners are encouraged to attend. Dress in comfortable, natural fabrics. Hi! My name is Catherine and I’m a certified Yoga instructor! I look forward to having you at my rise and flow yoga class. Sometimes, certified yoga instructor, Erin Vollmer, will be covering my classes too!

This is an all-level yoga class and the focus will be on using the breath to guide alignment-based vinyasa yoga flowers. It will leave you feeling calm and refreshed for the day ahead! It will occur in the greenhouse or in one of the grass fields at Crazy Daisies.

This class occurs every other Saturday at 8:30 AM from June – September. It will occur in Crazy Daisie’s greenhouses and/or grass fields 🙂

Learn how to transform found and broken materials into artwork.

Spend an evening with Ashe Martine, a local mosaic artist, learning the basics of creating your very own mosaic teacup plant wall hanger. Participants will get to take home their own handcrafted artwork. We are always working to find ways to reuse materials, making art out of it is just one way.

Each person will get to choose from a selection of pre-cut and glued teacup blanks. Suggest that participants come early to pick out a plant for their finished product and to start picking out tiles for their project. Encourage participants to bring any quarter-size trinkets, stones, or crystals they would like to add as well.

Learn how to make your very own award-winning cocktail at home!

In this class, you will learn how to incorporate your garden into delicious cocktails! We will be working with New York State Liquors, fresh fruits, herbs, and botanicals from the garden. By the end of the class, you should have a basic knowledge of some types of edible foraging in New York State. You will learn how to use fruits, herbs, and other botanicals to complement each other in cocktails and/ or mocktails, as well as a few important cocktail-making skills; such as muddling, properly shaking drinks, and making your own simple syrups. Must be 21+ to attend this class!

You will enjoy cocktail tastings throughout the class, provided with worksheets containing the same knowledge we use to make our scrumptious,
award-winning cocktails, your very own craft syrups made by you to enjoy, and a small pack of herbs and edible flowers. Of course, we will finish off the class with a cocktail to sip on to celebrate your newfound knowledge of botanical cocktail creations.

This 1-hour workshop is an introduction to hula hooping for fun and fitness. The class is geared towards beginners, but if you have some experience, we’ll include some challenging moves as well. Get your tickets now! 

This class will include a discussion about how to choose a hoop, warm-ups, detailed instructions, demonstrations, and practice time for each move. We’ll cover two different styles of waist hooping, passing the hop outside the body, and hooping overhead. Depending on the time and experience of the participants, we will progress with more advanced skills for those who are interested. The class will be taught by Dena Beratta, E-RYT, the Owner/Director at Mandala Moon Yoga, LLC. She’ll have some hoops available for loan or purchase, or bring your own if you have one!

Hi! My name is Emily and I’m a certified Pilates instructor and lover of plants, community, and mimosas so I’m beyond excited to bring all of these things together this summer at Crazy Daisies! 

Pilates is a full-body exercise that was designed by Joseph Pilates (a German boxer) in the early 1900s and was originally called Contrology. Since its beginnings, Pilates has evolved to challenge everybody, regardless of fitness experience. Each exercise focuses on 6 principles— Concentration, Coordination, Control, Flow, Breath, Centering, and Precision— and helps improve mental well-being, spinal mobility, and core strengthening!

My summer mat Pilates series will be achievable for all levels of movement! Your class, your time, your body! Can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Join us for an introductory class on sourdough baking! In this class, you will learn basic sourdough terms and techniques, how to maintain your sourdough starter, and how to make a round artisan loaf of bread as well as a basic loaf of sandwich bread.

As part of this class, you will receive a bowl and ingredients to mix up your own dough to take home and bake. You will also receive some sourdough starter, so please bring your favorite 16oz or larger jar. Samples of sourdough bread will be provided as well as handouts summarizing class details and some recipes.

After this fun and informative class, you will be ready to bake your very own beautiful loaves of bread in your own home!

Soul Love Candle Co will be instructing a course on how to create and hand-pour soy wax candles on July 18th from 6 pm-8 pm. In this session, you will learn the basics of the art of candle making using soy wax candles. We will guide you on precise measurements, temperatures, and timing. After all, candle-making is half science and half magic! You will be split up into groups of 4 and receive hands-on training as well as the opportunity to network with other candle lovers. Each participant will take home a 4oz hand-poured candle as well as the knowledge to begin their own candle-making journey.

Our multi-level classes are designed for all levels of experience and the ability to practice together, and beginners are encouraged to attend. Dress in comfortable, natural fabrics. Layers recommended. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, and a water bottle. As well as any yoga props you enjoy (straps, blocks). The class will be taught by Dena Beratta, E-RYT, the Owner/Director at Mandala Moon Yoga, LLC.

It is a $20 registration that included the yoga class and a Crazy Daisies wine slushie. You will have time after the class to enjoy your wine slushie (or another drink of equal or lesser value) since the cafe will be open until 8 PM.
