SUMMARY:Botanical Cocktail Mixology
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make your very own herbal cocktail at home!\n  \nIn this class you will learn how to incorporate your garden into delicious cocktails! We will be working with New York State Liquors\, fresh fruits\, herbs and botanicals from the garden. By the end of the class you should have a basic knowledge of some types of edible foraging in New York State. You will learn how to use fruits\, herbs and other botanicals to complement each other in cocktails (or mocktails!)\, as well as a few important cocktail making skills; such as muddling\, properly shaking drinks\, and making your own simple syrups. Must be 21+ to attend this class! \nYou will enjoy cocktail tastings throughout the class\, provided with worksheets containing the same knowledge we use to make our scrumptious\, award-winning cocktails\, your very own craft syrups made by you to enjoy\, and a as a small pack of herbs and edible flowers. Of course\, we will finish off the class with a cocktail to sip on to celebrate your new found knowledge of botanical cocktail creations. \nPlease note: all workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-creditable\, thank you in advance! You may resell them\, but please inform us so we can update the guest list. It is $60 per ticket\, there are 20 tickets available per class
