My name is Emily and I’m a certified Pilates instructor and lover of plants\, community\, and mimosas so I’m beyond excited to bring all of these things together this summer at Crazy Daisies! \nPilates is a full-body exercise that was designed by Joseph Pilates (a German boxer) in the early 1900s and was originally called Contrology. Since its beginnings\, Pilates has evolved to challenge everybody\, regardless of fitness experience. Each exercise focuses on 6 principles— Concentration\, Coordination\, Control\, Flow\, Breath\, Centering\, and Precision— and helps improve mental well-being\, spinal mobility\, and core strengthening! \nMy summer mat Pilates series will be achievable for all levels of movement! Your class\, your time\, your body! Can’t wait to see you on the mat!
