Join us for a hands on class where we’ll take you through the entire process of making delicious sourdough bread

We’ll begin with an introduction to sourdough and learn how to properly feed and maintain a starter, including understanding feeding ratios. Then we’ll dive into making the dough, learning ingredient weights, mixing techniques, and how and when to add inclusions.

Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot common sourdough challenges, and learn how to recognize what your dough is telling you at each stage.

Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or have tried it before and want to better understand the process, this class will give you the knowledge and confidence to continue baking beautiful sourdough at home.
