  • Do you take reservations?

No, we don’t! We go on the basis of first-come-first-serve.


  • Do you allow dogs?

Yes, but they must be leashed at all times. We also ask that you keep your dog out in the yard or in our greenhouses. We have some pups around as well.


  • How do I get there?

We are located at 4693 Kasson Road, Syracuse NY 13215. Get directions.

Garden Cafe

  • Where do I order?

All drink and food orders must be placed inside our cafe at the bar. Once it is ready we will bring your order out to you. If you would like to order additional food and drink you must come and order at the bar again. 


  • Do you take menu modifications, custom orders, or substitutions?

We do allow menu modifications, substitutions, or changes to most menu items. Although, if our kitchen is backed up and needs a break we will pause any modifications or substitutions, thank you. Additionally, any additions to dishes will have an added fee.


  • Do I seat myself?

Yes, we are cafeteria-style which means you seat yourself and order indoors at our bar.   We recommend finding a table and then ordering if possible. On the weekends please expect a wait of between 30 – 45 minutes. Thank you!


  • Can I bring my own food and drink?

No! We have anything and everything that you could need when it comes to food and drink.  We have a strict rule of no outdoor drinks and food, if you are seen with it you will be asked to dispose of it. If you are caught again and/or do not comply we will ask you to leave our property.


  • When do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is available every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm. 


  • What dietary restrictions do you cater to?

We currently offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please note that we are not certified gluten-free and do have it in our kitchen. Please specify when you have a dietary restriction so we can double-note it on your order.


  • What are mimosa flights?

The flavors change seasonally, available while supplies last. They are available every day of the week.


  • Do you have live music?

Yes, every Friday through Sunday! We love having local artists and bands at our venue. Check our events calendar to see who’s playing next!


  • What is with all the bees?

Each Fall bees naturally become more active in their search for sweet food, leading them to our food and drinks! Yellow Jackets specifically become more aggressive during their search, they love our cocktails too! Sometimes it can become bothersome to both our patrons and our team members.  If you have an allergy, we highly recommend not ordering sweet drinks or food and that you bring your EpiPen. Please be aware that we cannot provide refunds or replacements due to bees in drinks/food or if they are bothersome. We take numerous steps to remedy the matter, but nature is out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!


  • When is your greenhouse open?

We open the 3rd weekend of April and remain open through the 3rd week of October, our greenhouse hours do vary from the garden cafe. You can few our hours here


  • Do you accept plant returns or offer refunds?

No, all of our plant purchases are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable. Thank you!


  • What are garden parties and greens parties?

In the Spring we have private garden parties and in late fall we offer private greens workshops. These can be booked via email during booking time. Email us at events@crazydaisiesflowers.com to learn more!


  • Will you help with plant design?

Of course! Although, we do charge a design fee 🙂 


  • Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! You are welcome to drop off your pots for a custom design or we have a delivery option with a fee available. We have worked with numerous local businesses for storefront designs for all seasons as well. Contact us here to learn more about custom designs and installations! 


  • If I want to perform at your bar, who can I contact?

Our music coordination is done via email, please contact us by filling out the musician application.


  • If I want to be a vendor at a market or pop, who can I contact?

Our art market and pop-ups are booked via email, please contact us by filling out the art vendor’s application.


  • Do you book private events?

Yes, we are beginning to book smaller parties outside of our busy season. Learn more about private events.


Guests cannot use our venue for a party without booking with us. We love parties, and we don’t like surprises so what that means for you is a $150 venue fee along with a 20% gratuity to cover our loyal staff’s surprise!!


  • Do you book weddings?

No, we do not currently book weddings at our venue. We have a venue for 25 – 75 guests that is suitable for showers, birthdays, corporate events, and other life celebrations. Just no weddings, thank you 🙂 Learn more about private events.



We have numerous workshops that run from Spring until late Fall in our greenhouses. They vary from flower focused, to yoga and more! All of the information about workshops and purchasing tickets can be found under our workshops tab.


No, all workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may resell them, but please inform us so we can update the guest list. Please review our Workshop Policies. Thank you for your understanding!


  • What are your hours?

Our hours change seasonally, you can find our current hours here.


  • How can I apply for a job?

We have fulfilled all of our positions at this time, thank you!


  • Do you allow photographers to use your space?

We only allow photographers to use our property when previously booked with us & you must pay a fee of $30 for half an hour or $55 for a full hour. In the event that you use our space without permission, we will ask you to leave & delete pictures. Thank you in advance. Contact us with questions.


  • We are all here to have a good time, but don’t push it!

Please know that we want everyone to be happy. Our guarantee of a great time applies to typically pleasant individuals, but if you are a major grouch to our team members for a reason we deem unnecessary we will ensure our team is protected in the matter always. The customer isn’t always right, now that would just be crazy 🙂
