Hello returning and new Musicians alike!

Here at Crazy Daisies, we are resting up this winter and doing lots of preparation for our next season. This form is for us to be better organized and more communicative this year in our bookings. We are thrilled that you are interested in playing at Crazy Daisies!

This year, we will be structuring our live music slots as follows:

Thursday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Friday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

There will also be special events that we will be booking for.

Please be professional and respectful in pursuing a performance at our venue. We are growing and in doing so, we are increasingly careful about the experience we are providing our guests. Filling out this form or reaching out to us does not guarantee a booking or a response. We only have so many slots in one season (May-December) and there is lots of talent in the area. Priority slots will go to reliable acts of good musical quality that have been booked before, but we reserve lots of slots to give new acts a chance to play for us. I am a musician myself and do my best to curate a variety of good acts that enhance our venue. By including links to your websites, social media, and links to recordings, I can make better-informed decisions on whether or not to book you if we are able.
