All Booking Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and a separate expense that is not deducted from your final bill.

All booking fees are required at the time your event is confirmed and contracted. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are in addition to your final bill. If cancelling your event at anytime, booking fees are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Tax exempt certificates must be submitted with the deposit.

Booking Fees are based on your party size. Therefore, it is better to underestimate as you will not be refunded/credited should the guest size fall below the initial range you booked with. For example, if you originally booked expecting 58 guests and only 40 RSVP for your event – we will not provide partial refunds or credits of booking fees. Should you need further clarification, please contact us before paying the booking fee.
