Sound Bath Flow

Michele will lead a slow moving, intentional flow as Susan plays several live instruments, including singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, gong, along with others. The class will end with a long Savasana (our final relaxation pose) so participants can relax to the sounds.

This hour Yoga class will be a slow Vinyasa Flow style that is appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

We have 12 spots available per class and it will be happening inside our greenhouses!
