Hi! We are Catherine and Erin, we are both certified Yoga instructors! We look forward to having you at our rise and flow yoga class.

This is an all-level yoga class and the focus will be on using the breath to guide alignment-based vinyasa yoga flowers. It will leave you feeling calm and refreshed for the day ahead! It will occur in the greenhouse or in one of the grass fields at Crazy Daisies.

This class occurs every other Saturday at 8:30 AM from June – September. It will occur in Crazy Daisies greenhouses and/or grass fields 🙂

You must pre-purchase a ticket to attend as well! Please bring a mat and water bottle.
