Favorite Menu Item: Baked Brie and Apples
“One bite of our baked brie platter and you’ll know why it’s my fav!! The creamy Brie is a a perfect canvas for the roasted candied pecans and frehs apple slices. The raspberry coulis sauce adds a bright tartness that completes the mix. All together, simply irresistible.”
Favorite Menu Item: Buffalo Chicken Pizza
“The taste is just so amazing. The ingredients are balanced so perfectly its harmonious. My favorite part about it though has to be our house-made garlic sauce. It provides the perfect base for the rest of the ingredients and complements the cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce perfectly. would 1000% recommend this pizza to someone who likes a little spice!”
Favorite Dish: Goat cheese salad with Caesar Dressing
“I love the goat cheese salad toppings but am absolutely obsessed with our house-made caesar dressing. Like, seriously. It is so delicious! Best thing I have ever put into my mouth.”
Favorite Menu Item: Honey Drip Pizza
“This pizza is absolute perfection. The variety of toppings blend together so well it’s harmonious. It has everything you could ever want: Pepperoni for a little spice, onion for a little tang, and honey for something a little sweet. And don’t even get me started on the creamy deliciousness that is the goat cheese on this pizza. It’s just…everything.”
Favorite Menu Item: Mango Lime CBD Fizz Mocktail
“A special treat from the cafe that I have really been appreciating lately, has been the Mango Lime CBD Fizz Mocktail. They are so refreshing and delicious, and a not-too-sweet special something for those who don’t want an alcoholic beverage. There are three different flavors, but my favorite is made with lime juice, blueberry thyme simple syrup, and the 1911 organic CBD Mango Lime seltzer.”
Since Maggie works in our greenhouses, we felt it was only right to hear what her favorites outside of the cafe were, here’s what she had to say:
“One of my favorite plants to work with (and to admire) in container combinations or by itself in a hanging basket are verbenas! Specifically the Proven Winner Cashmere verbena. Its lovely branching arms will reach every corner of your containers, with its big pillowing pink and white flower heads bobbing on the ends. It’s a delightful and easy way to add color and magic to your annual gardens. There are many different colors and varieties of verbena, so there’s one for everybody!”
Favorite Menu Item: Deluxe Turkey Sandwich
“I dream of the turkey deluxe…really I do! During the off season it is what I crave the most. Delicious avocado and chipotle aioli with the most perfectly brined slice of turkey on fresh stretch bread mmmmmm. My biggest secret is the addition of our homemade pesto. The dreamiest sandwich of all.”

“I yearn for tomato pie, it is to die for. Once our tomatoes are finally ripe and delectable, Gwendolyn works her magic and creates the most perfect combination of onions and tomatoes with her pie crust.”
Favorite Menu Item: Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
“I love, love, love the wraps. The lettuce is always so fresh and crunchy and the caesar dressing is sooo scrummy. I also enjoy the fact that it’s hand held rather than eating it as a salad.”
Favorite Menu Item: Monster Cookies
“I love the peanut butter and love that it’s naturally gluten free. It’s the perfect size for a little sweet treat during the day and so yummy fresh out of the oven. I am obsessed”
Favorite Menu Item: Margarita Pizza
“I love the mozzarella on this pizza, you can really taste how fresh and organic it is. But what really does it for me is the fresh basil on top. It’s picked right from our garden and its BURSTING with flavor. Sometimes when I want to switch it up I’ll order it with Cobra sauce and honey, and it is 10/10.”
